BOOKING & AVAILABILITY Monthly availability opens on the 25th of each month for the following month. For braids and retie clients I only book appointments month-to-month. For micro loc installs can only be booked by me after consultation 🚨NO NEW BRAID CLIENTS OR TRANSFER MICROLOC CLIENTS 🚨 Hours: • Tuesday–Friday: 8:30 AM – 10:30 PM • Saturday: 9:30 AM – 8:00 PM Additional Fees: • Mondays: +$50 (availability not guaranteed) • Emergency / last-minute / holiday appointments: +$75 • Appointments at 5 PM or later: +$50 ⸻ SALON POLICIES • No extra people allowed • No children unless they are being serviced • Entry is for clients being serviced only Hair Prep • Hair is provided for most braid styles please confirm color (1B, 2, 4). • If you need other colors, please request them before your appointment. • I offer wash & blow dry (must be booked). • If not booked, please arrive with hair freshly washed, blow-dried, and product-free. ⸻ DEPOSITS & PAYMENTS • All deposits and payments are NON-REFUNDABLE. • You may reschedule one time within 30 days. • 72-hour notice required for cancellations (cancellation fee applies). • Deposits are due immediately upon booking and go toward your service. • Remaining balance is due in Cash or Zelle. • Buy Now, Pay Later available (6% fee). • All sales are final. ⸻ LATE POLICY • If you are 10 minutes late, a $10 late fee will be added. • At 30 minutes late, your appointment is subject to cancellation. • If I am running behind, you will receive a courtesy text — this does not allow you to arrive late. If your time is adjusted, you must arrive at the new time. ⸻ OTHER POLICIES • Kid prices apply to ages 8/9 (additional charges may apply). no children under 10 • Styles cannot be changed once booked — you will need to cancel & rebook. • Service times are estimated and may vary by hair length, thickness, and density. ⸻ MICROLOC SERVICES Consultation A consultation is required before booking. •For Consultation place yourself on WAITLIST and i’ll reach out to convert at an appt. • Consultation is valid for 30 days only to be scheduled Virtually • $25 non-refundable deposit required • Hair must be at least 4 inches all over • Consultation fee is non-refundable Installation Deposit • $100-225 deposit required to secure installation date • Deposit is non-refundable, but transferable once if rescheduled at least 7 days before your appointment • Deposit goes toward your balance • Appointments can be rescheduled one time within the same month Lateness (Microloc Services) • Call or text if running late • 20+ minutes late = appointment will be rescheduled to next available date ⸻ Pricing Prices vary based on head size length, density, texture, and install method. Starter prices: • Microloc Twists: starting at $1000 • Microloc Braids: starting at $1100 • Microloc Interlocks: starting at $1350 Small size additional $700 Xsmall size additional $1000 • Extensions: Twist starting at $2150 Braids starting at $2300 Small size additional $900 Xsmall additional $1200 -- Microloc Retie & Repair Pricing Refresh your microlocs with a professional retie every 4–8 weeks to maintain a neat, polished, and healthy look. Retie Maintenance: under 500 locs $150–$225 starting price Over 500 locs 200-275 • Starting price includes up to 4 hours of service • $30 per hour after the first 4 hours Heavy Slippage & Loc Repairs: • Additional $50 fee added to base retie price • $30 per hour after 4 hours Light Repairs: • $10–$40 per session (pricing varies based on severity and number of locs) • Pricing may increase for overdue appointments, excessive new growth, or advanced repairs • Final price is determined after in-person assessment • Consultation required for extensive repairs Payment: • Balance due on the first day of service before starting install • Zelle or Cash only • Buy now pay later & credit card option available Note: •natural microlocs starter price covers 4–5 inches of hair • + $50 per inch after 5 inches • extension microlocs starter covers 10’ inches •$100 per inch after 10 • Exact pricing and method will be confirmed during your consultation ⸻ By booking an appointment, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to all booking policies, terms, and conditions. Cancellation Policy
I charge a 50% cancellation fee for any no-Shows or cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment
