BOOKING & AVAILABILITY Monthly availability opens on the 25th of each month for the following month. I only book appointments month-to-month. Hours: • Tuesday–Friday: 8:30 AM – 10:30 PM • Saturday: 9:30 AM – 8:00 PM Additional Fees: • Mondays: +$50 (availability not guaranteed) • Emergency / last-minute / holiday appointments: +$75 • Appointments at 5 PM or later: +$50 ⸻ SALON POLICIES • No extra people allowed • No children unless they are being serviced • Entry is for clients being serviced only Hair Prep • Hair is provided for most braid styles (1B, 2, 4). • If you need other colors, please request them before your appointment. • I offer wash & blow dry (must be booked). • If not booked, please arrive with hair freshly washed, blow-dried, and product-free. ⸻ DEPOSITS & PAYMENTS • All deposits and payments are NON-REFUNDABLE. • You may reschedule one time within 30 days. • 72-hour notice required for cancellations (cancellation fee applies). • Deposits are due immediately upon booking and go toward your service. • Remaining balance is due in Cash or Zelle. • Buy Now, Pay Later available (6% fee). • All sales are final. ⸻ LATE POLICY • If you are 10 minutes late, a $10 late fee will be added. • At 30 minutes late, your appointment is subject to cancellation. • If I am running behind, you will receive a courtesy text — this does not allow you to arrive late. If your time is adjusted, you must arrive at the new time. ⸻ OTHER POLICIES • Kid prices apply to ages 6–9 (additional charges may apply). • Styles cannot be changed once booked — you will need to cancel & rebook. • Service times are estimated and may vary by hair length, thickness, and density. ⸻ MICROLOC SERVICES Consultation A consultation is required before booking. • Consultation is valid for 30 days • $25 non-refundable deposit required via Zelle (708-778-0845) • Hair must be at least 4 inches all over • Consultation fee is non-refundable Installation Deposit • $100 deposit required to secure installation date • Deposit is non-refundable, but transferable once if rescheduled at least 7 days before your appointment • Deposit goes toward your balance • Appointments can be rescheduled one time within the same month Lateness (Microloc Services) • Call or text if running late • 20+ minutes late = appointment will be rescheduled to next available date ⸻ Pricing Prices vary based on length, density, texture, and install method. I charge a 20% cancellation fee for any no-Shows or cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment
